We will only send you an email if you have sent us an email and requested a response or placed an order on our website.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line. The information supplied by customers is only used to produce the documents ordered.

Once we have despatched an order, customer details are kept on our system for a short period of time for record keeping and customer services. These details are removed from our system on regular basis, once it’s no longer necessary to keep the information.

Customer information will not be given or sold to any third party.

We use an external company for all payment processing; hence we do not hold or store any of your payment details (i.e Credit Card numbers etc).

With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies.

Customers can have their information corrected or removed by sending us e-mail.
